From the Isle of Skye, Scotland, Molly trained at London Contemporary Dance School, aka The Place, graduating with a First Class Ba(hons) degree in 2018. After graduating Molly completed an apprenticeship and a tour as a guest dancer with Scottish Dance Theatre. Whilst with SDT Molly worked with Emmanuel Gat, Fleur Darkin, Anton Lachky and Brazilian Dance Collective and learned works by Sharon Eyal, Colette Sadler and Botis Seva. Since June, 2019, Molly has worked as a freelance dancer in the UK and Europe, working with companies and independent choreographers including Barrowland Ballet, Scottish Opera, Curious Seed, Rob Heaslip and Malcolm Sutherland.

Improvisation is an important element in Molly's practice, both in exploration and in performance. Since 2019, Molly has been a part of Collective Endeavours, a music and dance performance improvisation collective, founded by Solène Weinachter and Jer Reid. 

Molly has also collaborated on an array of projects across art forms, including with artist Caroline Dear, Musician and producer Iain Copeland, Artist and Academic Rosa Van Hensbergen, inter-disciplinary artist Alliyah Enyo and cinematographer and visual artist Winifred Brook-Young
