Conflict Resolution

I am an accredited civil and commercial mediator. At this time I'm not practicing commercially due to my artistic work taking priority, however I do employ the tools and knowledge I have from this training to every process I'm a part of, both when in a leadership role and company role. Although the training was specific to mediating between people, it has given me the tools to give advice to individuals and coach them on their side of a conflict.

I am interested in going deeper into this training and connecting it with my artistic work in the future but for now it sits on the periphery.
